A. From the home page, simply click Apartment Search or click on “Find an Apartment to Rent”. Fill out your search criteria, then click search. See, we told you it was simple.

A. On the home page, click on Landlord Area and sign in using your email address and password to view your apartment listings.

A. From the home page, simply click Landlord Area or click on “Advertise an Apartment for Rent”. Click on “sign up now” and fill out the property management form and you’re on your way.

A. Login to view your apartments and simply click “Activate Apartment”.

A. From the home page, click Landlord Area, login and view all of your listings.

A. Forever, but our staff will deactivate any listing that has been on our site for more than 30 days. (This is to keep the listings up to date.) If your apartment is still vacant after 30 days and we deactivate it, and you wish to reactivate it, simply login to view your apartments and click “Activate Apartment”.

A. In an attempt to make sure all the data on our site is valuable and not spam, we verify the listings of our new landlords.

A. From the home page, click on Landlord Area, click on Forgot your password? type in your email address and an email will be sent to you with your password. Helpful hint: write it down.
